Septic Services in Clarksville & Montgomery County
Everything we do on residential septic systems, in one place.
Pick the problem closest to yours. Each page explains what we check, what the work involves and what to ask.
Routine care
- Septic tank pumping: pump-outs, effluent-filter cleaning, and how often to pump (with our estimator).
- Risers, lids and locating: finding buried tanks and making the next visit easier.
When something is wrong
- Septic repair: backups, slow drains, odors, baffles and lines.
- Drainfield problems: wet yards, surfacing water and heavy-rain trouble.
- Pumps and alarms: high-water alarms, floats and effluent pumps.
Buying or selling
- Septic inspections: what a transfer inspection covers and the report you get.
Planning
What a typical visit looks like
For a pump-out we find and open the lids, pump each compartment through the main access openings, look at the baffles, inlet and outlet while the tank is empty, clean the effluent filter if there is one, close up and leave you a written note of what we saw. For a problem call we start by asking when it happens: after laundry, after rain, only in one bathroom, or everywhere. That pattern tells us whether to look at the house drain, the tank, the pump chamber or the field first. If the fix is larger than what you booked, we stop, explain it and price it before going further.
What we do not do
We work on residential septic systems. We do not offer city-sewer line work through this number, and we do not sell additives or treatments; Penn State Extension and the EPA both say they are not needed.
