Information you choose to share
An inquiry may include your name, contact details, city or ZIP code and service needs. Use these channels for septic questions; do not include payment details or sensitive documents. Information is used to respond to and arrange follow-up on your inquiry.
Email inquiries
The inquiry form prepares a draft in your email application for your inquiry. You must send that draft yourself. The form does not store your entries in a website database or confirm delivery. Your email provider processes the message when you send it.
Telephone inquiries
The published phone number uses CallRail and routes to voicemail. Your number, call details and voicemail may be stored by that service to support a response. See CallRail’s privacy policy.
Website delivery
Cloudflare hosts the site and may process technical request information to deliver and protect it. This build does not add advertising pixels or browser-storage tracking. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
